At Glitch, we strive to provide a transparent and fair ecosystem for our players, content creators, and game development partners. This policy outlines the refund criteria for all transaction types on the Glitch platform.
You are eligible for a full refund of a Premium game purchase if:
All rental transactions are final. Because rentals provide immediate, time-limited access at a reduced cost, we do not offer refunds for rentals once the period has been initiated.
Glitch Plus subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges, and you will retain access until the end of your current period.
This section applies to the Social Media, Growth, Scale, and Strategy plans.
All new business subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You may cancel your plan at any time during these first 7 days through your Developer Dashboard without being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method on file will be charged for the first month.
Standard subscription fees (e.g., $25, $50, or $100 per game/month) are non-refundable. We do not provide pro-rated refunds or credits for partial months of service or for games removed from the platform mid-cycle.
Our platform utilizes metered billing for services consumed beyond your plan's allowance. This includes:
Overage charges are non-refundable. These charges represent the immediate consumption of AI processing power and third-party data retrieval services.
For high-touch services (such as the $500/mo Strategy tier or 1:1 Strategy Meetings), refunds are only available if a meeting is cancelled with at least 48 hours' notice. Once a strategy session has occurred or a managed campaign has been initiated, the fee is non-refundable.
Initiating a chargeback with your bank before contacting Glitch Support will result in the immediate suspension of your account.
Glitch maintains comprehensive logs (IP addresses, Aegis Handshake heartbeats, and delivery receipts) which are submitted as evidence to financial institutions for all disputed transactions.
To request a refund, please visit your Account Settings and navigate to the Membership & Licenses tab. If your transaction meets the eligibility criteria, a "Request Refund" button will be available. For business-level inquiries, please contact support@glitch.fun.
